A man who labored with high school students in Windsor-Essex has been billed with sexual offences towards minors, Windsor law enforcement explained Monday.
Law enforcement claimed they released an investigation in March right after two persons described remaining sexually assaulted. The incidents took place in January, in accordance to police.
“By way of investigation, it was determined the suspect was speaking in particular person and electronically, via a social media software, with both victims prior to the incidents,” police claimed.
Michael Hampden-Carter, 35, was arrested on Saturday and is experiencing two counts of sexual assault and two counts of sexual exploitation.
He was granted bail and is envisioned to make an appearance in courtroom on April 27.
At the time of the incidents, Hampden-Carter was doing work with the Greater Essex County District University Board as an advisor at the high college amount, law enforcement explained.
