Dr. Talisa Dixon, Superintendent, Columbus City Colleges

Dr. Talisa Dixon is in her 3rd calendar year as the Superintendent and Main Government Officer of Columbus City Educational institutions. She commenced her tenure in March 2019 following five several years foremost the Cleveland Heights-University Heights City Faculty District in Northeast Ohio.
Dr. Dixon formerly spent nine years as an administrator in Columbus Metropolis Schools from 2001-10. She served 6 many years merged as the principal at Brookhaven Large College and at Columbus Substitute High College.
She commenced her profession in community schooling to start with as a social scientific tests instructor and then as an assistant principal in Akron Community Colleges. She was the Deputy Superintendent for the Saginaw Public School District in Michigan prior to accepting the superintendent write-up in Cleveland Heights-College Heights in 2014.
Since taking the reins of Ohio’s premier faculty district in 2019, Dr. Dixon has been a voice of management in Columbus, connecting with community civic, business, and non-profit companions on behalf of the 50,000 CCS pupils.
